Hi, I'm Sandra, a certified Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 practitioner dedicated to guiding you on your path to healing and self-discovery.  

My Reiki journey began during one of the most challenging periods of my life. I was feeling disconnected from myself and unsure of how to move forward and I found myself searching for something deeper, something that could help me find peace and clarity.

I first heard about Reiki almost by accident through a conversation with a friend. At the time, I didn’t know much about it, but the idea of working with energy to promote healing and balance intrigued me. It felt like the universe was guiding me towards something I desperately needed, even if I didn’t fully understand it yet.

When I experienced my first Reiki session, something shifted. I felt a sense of calm that I hadn’t experienced in a long time, like a weight had been lifted. It wasn’t just about relaxation; it was as if I was reconnecting with a part of myself I had lost touch with. That moment planted a seed in me, a desire to learn more, to dive deeper into this practice that felt both powerful and gentle.

Looking back, I realize that Reiki came into my life at exactly the right time, offering me a path to healing, growth, and connection when I needed it most. It was the start of a journey that continues to unfold in beautiful and unexpected ways.
